Introduction to Graphic Design

Objective
Entirely redesign the packaging of an item valued at less than $5
(Celestial Seasoning’s Honey Vanilla Chamomile Herbal Tea)

Process
Chose packaging dielines that would simplify the retrieval of the teabags for the consumer but could be re-tucked over and over to keep the exposed teabags fresher for longer (these aren’t individually wrapped teabags like other competitors)
Added illustrative elements, such as the bear or the logo, to make the product feel more approachable
→ Went with a more eye-catching color palette to grab consumers
